## Inbox, History, and Activity

Inbox is what is open. History is past work. Activity is the day-by-day log for the site. Those are the three views. Activity is not a separate nav entry.

What is waiting on you is listed first.

## Where a change sits

A change moves through these labels, in order:

1. Planning
2. Plan ready
3. Drafting
4. Ready for review
5. Approved
6. Shipped

Declined is the label when a request stops. Ready for review means it is your turn to read the draft. Approved is not the same as Shipped. Shipped means it went out.

A check or an investigation ends in results. It is not approved, and it is not counted as shipped. Its labels are Checking, Results ready, and Done.
