The Everbase Stack

Keep the tools that run your business

I connect your site to the CRM, analytics, scheduling, payments and support tools your team already uses, as part of a migration scope or a Continuous development request. Each guide shows how I set the tool up, how the data moves and what commonly goes wrong.

Three routes, picked per tool

I take the lightest route that can still show the data arrived. A form that looks like it submitted and never reached the CRM costs more than a slow page.

  1. 01

    Embed

The vendor's own widget or script, on the pages that need it. A change in the tool reaches the site without republishing it, and styling control goes with it.

  2. 02

    From the server

Your own form or event, sent to the tool's API from a server route. The site keeps the design, keys stay off the page, and the server can confirm the record arrived.

  3. 03

    Zapier or Make

A webhook into an automation your team can edit. Quick to change, and one more step that can fail where nobody is looking.
