Overview

The Console home. It opens on what needs you today, for your site only.

The Console is the signed-in home for your site. The nav has four entries: Overview, Ask, Work, and Reports. Settings sits below them for a role that manages the site.

What needs you today

Overview is titled "What needs you today." It lists what is waiting, most urgent first, or it tells you that you are caught up. Approvals for the site sit on this screen.

Ask here or in Slack. Text edits in posts and CMS entries, changes across pages (rename a product everywhere, swap a button label site-wide), new pages from an existing template and reporting questions all work today. Each night the Console also scans your site for broken links, missing alt text and missing meta descriptions, and has fixes ready for review. Every change comes back for review before it goes live.

You only see your site. Membership is per site. Another client's drafts, reports, and settings are not in your shell.

Opportunities

Opportunities live on Overview. They are not a separate item in the nav. The same list is what the weekly digest ranks, with impact first.

If the Console cannot be reached, editing and publishing in Studio still work. Say so to your Everbase contact if the signed-in view is the wrong site. Sign out and back in first.
