How a migration works

A fixed-price rebuild onto The Everbase Stack, scoped before work starts, with 30 days of care after launch.

A migration rebuilds an established site as a codebase your team owns. The design can stay. The content model, the components, the URL map, and the integrations are planned before the rebuild, not discovered at the end.

The price is fixed once, before work starts. Scope added in the middle is quoted before it is done. The signed quote is the contract. Payment is 50% at the start and 50% at launch.

What you are asked to approve

You approve the plan in writing before the build runs ahead of it. You approve the design. You sign off on content and the visual check before the domain moves. Launch is a go decision after those approvals, not a surprise.

Redesign and new content are not part of the migration price. If you want either, it is scoped separately. The figures, and the list of what every band includes, are the same ones on the cost page.

What moves, and what is rebuilt

Pages are rebuilt as components. Content, assets, and metadata are migrated and checked. Every public URL is inventoried. A path stays unless there is a reason to change it, and a path that changes gets one direct redirect. Forms, analytics, and other integrations are rebuilt and tested, then cut over.

The old site stays up through the 30 days of hypercare. It is the rollback.

Migration starts at $5,000. A small established site lands at $5,000, an established marketing site around $10,000, and a complex move in the $15,000–$20,000 band.

  • Audit of pages, URLs, CMS, integrations and custom code
  • Content model designed, then the site rebuilt as components
  • Content, assets and metadata migrated and verified
  • Redirect map tested against the real inventory
  • Integrations rebuilt, then cutover and the checks after it
  • 30 days of hypercare

Redesign and new content are not in any band. If you want either, I scope it separately.

Care on a migration is 30 days of hypercare.

Continuous development is $3,500 a month. Partner Program: ongoing engineering on the codebase you own, with human QA on every deploy. Includes the Everbase Agent, plus one active engineering request at a time, typically two to three business days each, pause or cancel any month.

The cost page is the same list.
