After launch

Keep the Webflow plan through the 30 days of hypercare, and keep the staging URL up for at least two weeks.

Webflow-hosted files disappear when the site is unpublished or the plan ends. Re-host every asset first, and leave no hotlinks to the Webflow CDN. Keep the Webflow plan active until hypercare ends and those assets have been checked on the new site.

The staging URL

Keep the webflow.io staging URL live for at least two weeks after launch. It is the visual reference and part of the rollback. The old site is unchanged until hypercare ends for the same reason.

If Webflow is the registrar, the domain transfer runs on its own clock. Do not treat it as a same-day DNS edit.

The 30 days

Hypercare is 30 days after launch and is included in the migration. Day 0 is launch day. Check-ins are on day 7, day 14, and day 30. The window covers migration defects and the agreed launch checks: redirects, forms, analytics, and indexation signals. It is not a promise about rankings or traffic.

New pages and redesigns are outside those 30 days. A defect from the move is in scope. A new idea is quoted, or it waits for Continuous development if you have that plan.

A protected copy of the old site stays available for at least two weeks after launch, as the old platform staging URL or a locked old subdomain.
