Running costs

The migration price and Continuous development are the figures on the cost page. You pay the hosts yourself.

Two bills are easy to mix up. One is the migration, priced once. The other is what you pay the host, the CMS, and GitHub after the site is yours. Everbase does not mark the host bills up. You pay those providers directly.

The migration and care

The migration bands, what every band includes, and Continuous development are copied on this page from the same source as the cost page. A new build that is not a migration is scoped after a first call. It is not one of these bands.

Host prices change and are filled in on your handover doc for the plans you actually hold. This guide does not repeat a monthly host total, because a stale dollar figure would disagree with the invoice.

The hosts

Cloudflare hosts the site. Sanity is the CMS. GitHub stores the code. The domain renews with the registrar. Email, analytics, forms, video, and paid integrations are extra and are listed per site in the accounts table. They are not a line on the migration price.

Changing the site later

Text, images, and pages the editor already knows are changed in Studio. That does not bill a model.

Continuous development is the ongoing code work, once the repository is yours. The price and the terms are in the figures on this page, including that you can pause or cancel any month. Requests are worked one at a time.

Without that plan, content edits in Studio continue. Code work is scoped. The site does not go dark because you paused the plan. The accounts and the code are already yours.

Migration starts at $5,000. A small established site lands at $5,000, an established marketing site around $10,000, and a complex move in the $15,000–$20,000 band.

  • Audit of pages, URLs, CMS, integrations and custom code
  • Content model designed, then the site rebuilt as components
  • Content, assets and metadata migrated and verified
  • Redirect map tested against the real inventory
  • Integrations rebuilt, then cutover and the checks after it
  • 30 days of hypercare

Redesign and new content are not in any band. If you want either, I scope it separately.

Care on a migration is 30 days of hypercare.

Continuous development is $3,500 a month. Partner Program: ongoing engineering on the codebase you own, with human QA on every deploy. Includes the Everbase Agent, plus one active engineering request at a time, typically two to three business days each, pause or cancel any month.

The cost page is the same list.
